We were thrilled to capture the magic of a surprise proposal on the beach at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Against the stunning backdrop of a picturesque sunset, we were honored to witness a truly unforgettable moment as the groom-to-be got down on one knee and asked his beloved to spend forever with him. It was an incredible privilege to be able to capture the raw emotions and pure joy of this special occasion. The golden hour lighting was simply breathtaking, adding an extra layer of beauty to the moment. We’re thrilled with how the photos turned out and feel so lucky to have been a part of such a special day. Our photoshoot on the beach was truly a testament to the power of love and the beauty of a perfect proposal.

This particular photo session, taken in March 2020, is just one example of the magic we can create in these iconic Miami locations.

on a beautiful late afternoon in May 2017, we were given the task of photographing a “surprise beach bridal” session at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park for a group of friend who were visiting Miami. The group of friends were so thoughtful they even secretly prepared a bridal gown and the whole set of wedding party dresses and suit just to make their visit to the south Florida beaches a life long memory. It was a lot of fun doing the hour-long photo session. We loved the dynamics of the group and how they truly cared about each other, especially the two main characters. This special photo shoot certainly gave us something special to cherish too.

On an ultra fabulous morning of a Miami winter in the beginning of 2019, we did a two-location photo session for a lovely couple traveling from China. The lucky man is an UM alumnus so we also did a bonus photo for the couple with the university sign on campus.

The Deering Estate preserves the 1920s era Miami estate of Charles Deering, Chicago industrialist, early preservationist, environmentalist, art collector, philanthropist and first chairman of the International Harvester Company. Nestled along the coast in South Dade, the Deering Estate is a cultural asset and historic site listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The place is absolutely gorgeous for engagement, weddings or even just a family photo shoot session.

We did a fun photo shoot for this lovely couple at Bill Baggs State Park. Afterward, they specifically requested to have some shots taken in front of a church, we were lucky to find this church called Plymouth Congregational Church in the heart of Coconut Grove to get some creative shots done in front of the church.

Happy Belated New Year 2018! We’ve been extremely busy and haven’t had the chance to update our site, but I still want to take this moment to say a big THANK YOU to our clients, who put their full trust in us to capture their happiest moments in life. In the beginning of the year we did a bridal photo shoot for a lovely couple in Vizcaya and Bill Baggs State Park in Key Biscayne. They were so photogenic and fun to work with!

We shot another beautiful couple in Vizcaya on New Year’s Day, 2017. They were such a fun couple to shoot, and photogenic! We truly enjoyed the photo session.

We were very excited to photograph this lovely couple at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden last December. While we have been members of Fairchild for years and visit often, it was our first time photographing clients at this location (while a majority of our work was done on the beach or at Vizcaya Museum & Garden).

Jason and Wei are very much like us: They love cats, they love nature, and they love exotic tropical plants! So of course they picked this awesome spot for their engagement photo shoot.  We have hand picked a few photos to display here.

We recently did a bridal photo shoot in the formal outdoor gardens in the Vizcaya Museum for a lovely couple, whom traveled all the way from China to Miami for their holiday vacation. Despite the ongoing constructions in Vizcaya, we were still able to capture some fabulous moments and exciting memories for them to bring back to China. Below are some of our favorite picks from this photo shoot.

We did a bridal/engagement photo session for Xing and his lovely fiancée under the beautiful morning sun on South Beach, Miami. The breezy wind, crystal blue ocean, beautiful people and dresses… Everything was perfect!

We recently photographed a lovely couple’s wedding near Fort Lauderdale, FL. I would say this is another yet very unconventional wedding, as the couple rented a nice property on Airbnb, and all the decorations and food, including the wedding cakes, were prepared by Xixi’s best friends who flew from as far as Nanjing, China to attend the wedding!

Dogs and pony, all natural and slightly retro — a set of totally organic photos for Sarah and James’ engagement in the downtown Dallas area.

We had fun putting together a collage of collages of portraits we took as zzfoto photographers over the years in many different occasions but featuring this graduation season. This collages are optimized for viewing on the smart phones. Hope you have fun checking them out!
