The days in December 2019 in Miami were mostly somber if not rainy. We were worried whether the rain would stop on the morning of baby Olive’s 100-day & family photo session day. Luckily, not only the rain stopped two hours before the photo shoot, the sun was actually generous enough to show up during the 90-minute window of the photo session. And it turned out to be a fabulous photo session with a lovely extended family!

This blog post focuses more on the adults, by showcasing the lovely extended family that surrounds lucky baby Olive.

P.S. Does anyone also think that the grandpa looks like Jackie Chan?

Jade’s family loves to travel and we were honored to be their destination photographer when they visited Miami in February 2019. The photo session started just after sun rise at South Beach and later on progressed to Ocean Drive for some street shots. It was cloudy to begin with but the sun must be impressed by the beautiful happy family and eventually decided to come out.

It was a fun and pleasant photo session. The fact that Jade understood how to pose made our job such a breeze. Thanks to years of yoga training, Jade’s every movement and posture were elegant, uplifting and super photogenic. We are still in awe every time we revisit their photos for posing inspirations. We hope these sample pix can inspire you as well!

It was our great pleasure to welcome baby Alice in zzfoto’s studio for her One-Month photos three days before the end of 2019. We had great fun experimenting different outfits and poses with Alice, a smiling angel!

We did a family photo session for a beautiful family of 4 on the beautiful Sunny Isles Beach on a gorgeous South Florida late February evening. Later on joined the cousins and aunt, who brought so much more fun!

The Deering Estate preserves the 1920s era Miami estate of Charles Deering, Chicago industrialist, early preservationist, environmentalist, art collector, philanthropist and first chairman of the International Harvester Company. Nestled along the coast in South Dade, the Deering Estate is a cultural asset and historic site listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The place is absolutely gorgeous for engagement, weddings or even just a family photo shoot session.

A belated post, this was a photo shoot we’ve done exactly a year ago for this lovely couple. The winter weather in Miami from month of Nov to Feb is really great for outdoor photo shoots, humidity is low, air is dry and the sun does not rise so early which makes doing sunrise photo shoots especially easy.
