We recently did a bridal photo shoot in the formal outdoor gardens in the Vizcaya Museum for a lovely couple, whom traveled all the way from China to Miami for their holiday vacation. Despite the ongoing constructions in Vizcaya, we were still able to capture some fabulous moments and exciting memories for them to bring back to China. Below are some of our favorite picks from this photo shoot.

We did a bridal/engagement photo session for Xing and his lovely fiancée under the beautiful morning sun on South Beach, Miami. The breezy wind, crystal blue ocean, beautiful people and dresses… Everything was perfect!

We’ve enjoyed a short visit to Crandon Park Marina and watched the beautiful sunset over the water.

The past weekend we attended family friend’s Dr. Vivian Yi Bin Shou-Litman’s graduation ceremony for her new degree of DAOM (Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine). Vivian has been practicing as an acupuncture therapist and owner at Longevity Acupuncture for years. Congrats to your new doctoral degree. Your dedication and acupuncture and oriental medicine has taken your to a new high level!

We recently photographed a lovely couple’s wedding near Fort Lauderdale, FL. I would say this is another yet very unconventional wedding, as the couple rented a nice property on Airbnb, and all the decorations and food, including the wedding cakes, were prepared by Xixi’s best friends who flew from as far as Nanjing, China to attend the wedding!

We did a bridal photo shoot for Si with three different bridal gowns under the gorgeous Miami morning sun in South Beach and Matheson Park. Playing dress ups is so much fun! We all enjoyed it.

ZZfoto photographers recently served as the in kind photographers for the Hope Gala 2016 hosted by Florida Initiative for Suicide Prevention (FISP) in Signature Grand in Fort Lauderdale.

We’ve had the honor to traveled to Dallas in late December of 2015 to photograph Yin and Vicky’s wedding.

It was a very nontraditional wedding — we’ve had a lot of fun shooting at one of Yin’s favorite local mountain bike trail called Harry Moss Park, where Yin rode mountain bike for the first time and fall in love with the sports. Apparently that’s where Yin took Vicky for her first ride too!

The wedding ceremony was held at a unique local venue in the eclectic, bohemian neighborhood of Oak Cliff, just outside of Dallas. In a restaurant cafe named Bolsa Mercado — a very relaxed atmosphere with friends and families gathered here from all over the world to attend this very special event.

A big congratulations to the lovely couple, and may you be happy ever after!

Dallas Wedding Photography

We went inside Tropical Park by the lake and took some photos of some of the roller coasters from Santa’s Enchanted Forest, which is the World’s Largest Holiday Theme Park housed annually in Miami from November to the first weekend of January. It’s already ended for the 2015 holiday season. Come early next year :-).

Located in the north of Downtown Miami and Overtown, roughly bounded by North 36th Street (north), North 20th Street (south), I-95 (west) and Northeast 1st Avenue (east), the Wynwood Art District is composed of over 70 galleries, museums and art collections. The Wynwood murals, initially created a few years ago by 30 some artists from around the world but ever evolving, has made the Wynwood Art District unique on its own.

We visited the Wynwood Art District on an afternoon during the 2015 year end holiday break. Following is just a glimpse of the hundreds of murals/graffitif in the Wynwood Art District. The street arts are changing and updating over the years, just like the ever-evolving Wynwood area itself…

It has become our family tradition to watch new year’s fireworks in Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. Please enjoy some of the photos from the 2016 new year’s fireworks!

Who says Miami is only famous for the beaches? Built on the idea of “to preserve the wild and natural beauty”, Matheson Hammock Park is a natural scenic gem located right next to the famous Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables, on Old Cutler road. Covered by luscious tropical plants, the park is not only a great place to hang out for the local community, but also wonderful for photo shoots. We recently did a photo shoot for a beautiful family in Matheson. Following are some proofs…

Happy dogs are dogs who can always be with their humans. Happy employees are people who can take their dogs to work. In the offices of the Jack Mason Brand, there are a group of happy dogs and people. And following please enjoy some happy faces.

Today you are going to see what the SAG team did during that day. Aside from providing “Support and Gear”, we visited Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center in Key Largo, enjoyed gorgeous view and  stone crabs at Islamorada Fish Company, took photos on the Seven Mile Bridge (as if we didn’t elsewhere :-P),  and walked around in Key West.

Dogs and pony, all natural and slightly retro — a set of totally organic photos for Sarah and James’ engagement in the downtown Dallas area.

A few weeks ago we welcomed two friends coming from New York for the weekend to ride their bikes from South Miami to Key West. The two girls started from our house just past 6 AM, made a few stops including the Islamorada Fish Company (for stone crabs), rode on and completed their 160 miles bike trip at the Southernmost Point in Key West just past sunset. We drove along in a van serving as the SAG team providing water, energy bars, sunscreens and most importantly, photography service to record this adventure.
