We had the honor of shooting the wedding ceremony & reception for a lovely couple on a pleasant 2018 spring afternoon at the Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club in Coral Gables. The couple, their families and the wedding party are really photogenic and super nice to work with.

We started the photo shoot in the dressing suits where the wedding parties were getting ready. Don’t be surprised to see a photo showing the bride and groom seeing each other walking out of their dressing rooms. Prior to that there was actually a mini special ceremony when the groom and the groomsmen welcomed the bride and bridesmaids’s arrival in a limo in different outfits. And this is completely normal in the Chinese tradition.

The Ceremony was very well designed and absolutely beautiful, one of the most touching ones we’ve ever photographed. Using a drone to deliver the wedding rings was also memorable and fun to witness. And the florists did a wonderful job to make the whole scene dreamy.

After the ceremony, we hopped on golf carts with the wedding party to take photos on the gorgeous landscapes of Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club (big thanks to the ultra friendly and helpful Deering Bay staff) and ended the photo shoot with the First Dance. We heard the peacocks singing when we drove out. Such an unforgettable event and place!
